The production of our cabins begins with placing the project-specific molds onto the conveyor line. Each mold, tailored to the required dimensions, is first coated with a gelcoat material that provides the exterior surface finish. This process is performed with machine assistance. After the gelcoat application, the mold is cured in an oven to harden the surface.
Once the mold exits the oven, a 450 gr/m² fiberglass layer is applied. Polyester-based chemical resin is sprayed onto the fiberglass layers using machinery. These layers are then firmly bonded to the mold through a lamination process, followed by a second oven curing.
After completing the mold cycle, polyurethane insulation material is poured into the mold using high-pressure machines. The mold is closed and subjected to a curing process lasting approximately 2-3 hours. Once the process is complete, assembly is carried out, and the product is prepared for shipment.
Prefabricated building production begins with manufacturing files and cutting lists prepared by the technical office. Based on these documents, all materials such as sheet metal, profiles, insulation, and paint are procured. Cutting operations are performed using CNC, plasma, and guillotine machines during production.
The cut parts are assembled into load-bearing frames and connection points are prepared. These structures undergo galvanization inspection, and if necessary, primer and paint applications are performed. Then, interior and exterior claddings along with insulation materials are integrated into the panels.
Electrical conduits and water drainage pipes are installed inside the panels during production. The products are divided into modules and prepared for shipment. On-site, the assembly team mounts the floor and ceiling panels onto the chassis. Finally, doors and window frames are installed, and the entire structure is delivered after visual and dimensional quality checks.
