In 2014, following the devastating effects of war, the Iraqi Central Government requested a comprehensive housing and social facility project to meet the housing needs of citizens and restore social order.

The project's main criteria were defined as fast installation, high durability, and suitability for long term living conditions.

At Karmod, we completed the comprehensive project consisting of a total of 1,884 structures in the Baghdad and Kut regions of Iraq in just 7 months. As part of the project, 900 two-story prefabricated houses and various social facility structures were built and delivered turnkey.

All structures:
