Due to the mine’s remote location, highly insulated structures were produced to enhance accommodation and work efficiency. The buildings were designed to be cost-effective and energy-saving.

Mining workers operating under tough working conditions were able to rest in sound- and heat-insulated dormitories and take personal care in hygienic shower and toilet units. This increased physical comfort and supported work productivity.
